Edmonton police looking for sexual assault suspect

Edmonton Police Service (EPS) are asking for the public’s assistance locating a 58-year-old man, Henry Frank, who is wanted in connection with a sexual assault that took place earlier this year.

Warrants have been issued for Frank for assault, sexual assault, kidnapping, and breach of conditions.

The warrants are in relation to an incident in July 2024, when an adult woman met Frank and was then confined and sexually assaulted.

Frank is described as 5’9, 250 lbs. with black hair and black eyes.

Police say they are concerned that he may offend again.

Frank is known to have ties to Saskatchewan and Montana, police say.

Frank may be dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567or #377 from a mobile phone. Anonymous information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online at www.p3tips.com/250.
