NHL announces ICE District Fan Park activities for Heritage Classic weekend

The 2023 Heritage Classic will be featuring more than just hockey. The NHL has announced Edmonton’s ICE District Fan Park will host plenty of events and activities leading up to the big game.
Starting at 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27 fans will be able to enter the ICE District, which will be dubbed the WestJet NHL Fan Park. Friday’s festivities will last until 9 p.m., before restarting at noon on Saturday.
The two-day non-ticketed event will feature many corporate sponsors, family-friendly hockey interactives, the mobile hockey museum, musical performances, and Lord Stanley’s Cup.
