Edmonton police issue Canada-wide warrant for man following armed carjacking

Edmonton police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for 34-year-old David Nelson St. Cry, in connection with an armed carjacking on May 10.
EPS says around 1:45 p.m. on May 10, officers received a report that a man with a gun had stolen a taxi near 151 Street and 111 Avenue.
Over the course of an investigation, police believe that the man responsible is St. Cry, and have issued Canada-wide warrants for theft of a motor vehicle with violence.
Police say St. Cry is of average build with dark brown eyes and hair and has a round birthmark on the side of his right cheek, while noting that he was last seen carrying a green backpack and was wearing a black quilted jacket with a blue shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and a black baseball hat.
St. Cry is believed to be armed and dangerous, and police are asking if anyone has any information regarding his whereabouts to contact EPS at 780-423-4567 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477
