Snowfall warning issued north of Edmonton

A yellow warning has been issued by Environment Canada as snowfall is expected for parts of northern Alberta.
Heavy snow is expected to fall throughout the day, coming from B.C. before moving east towards Saskatchewan. Despite this, officials believe the snow will pass just north of Edmonton.
Some areas are expected to get around 15 cm, which may cause travel to become difficult, and some areas can expect lower visibility.
Drivers are being asked to allow for extra time when driving and take increased caution.
