Police investigating road rage incident in west Edmonton

Edmonton police are turning to the public for help in an investigation regarding a road rage incident in west Edmonton that sent a man to hospital last week.

EPS says the incident happened around 3:45 p.m. on Mar. 5, at the intersection of 147 Street and 87 Avenue.

It is believed that a white Dodge Ram and a silver Genesis SUV were involved in a road rage incident in the intersection, which escalated into a physical assault between both drivers.

The 65-year-old driver of the Genesis later attended a hospital for treatment for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are investigating the matter and are looking for anyone who might have any information including dash cam footage.
