Leduc RCMP investigate racist letter

LEDUC – An Indigenous family says it won’t give in to demands in a hateful letter telling them to move away from their home in the Edmonton area.
The letter left on the doorstep of the home in Leduc reads in part — “we see you in your house and you portray an Indian lifestyle” and goes on to say “This is not accepted here.”
The RCMP said it’s investigating.
Another Indigenous family in the Edmonton-area community of St. Albert ended up moving after they received a similar letter in October.
