Edmonton’s Twin Willow Golf Club in its final season after sale to developer

Twin Willows Golf Club, located in the city’s northwest, will tee off for the for the final time this year. The golf course will be turned into an industrial business park.
The golf course confirmed to CityNews in an email that the property has been sold, and the course will close following the 2026 season after 61 years of operations.
Twin Willows declined an interview but also confirmed that the property was sold to real estate development company Panattoni.
In a Facebook post dated May 1, Panattoni announced, “We’re pleased to announce Panattoni’s acquisition of Twin Willows Business Park, a 100‑acre industrial development site in Edmonton, Alberta. Located in one of the region’s most active industrial corridors, the site is planned to support up to 2 million square feet of industrial space.”
Construction in the northwest parcel of land near 137 Avenue and 156 Street will begin in 2027.
