Hell’s Kitchen opens west of Edmonton

The first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen has opened in Canada at the River Cree Resort & Casino, just on the outskirts of Edmonton.
The restaurant is inspired by the hit television series, and guests can experience world-class dining, immersive energy, and unforgettable flavors while they dine.
“I couldn’t be more excited to bring the first Hell’s Kitchen to, Enoch, Canada. A beautiful country and fantastic location to deliver this one-of-a-kind Hell’s Kitchen experience. I can’t wait to introduce a new level of dining to the locals and those visiting from further afield, promising something truly special. Expect a mix of delicious food, wine and cocktails and the unforgettable atmosphere that has made Hell’s Kitchen the global sensation it truly is,” said Ramsay in a statement.
“Working alongside the Gordon Ramsay team, we’re proud to bring one of the world’s most recognized dining experiences to Canada, and there’s no better place for it than River Cree. The doors are now open, and the heat is on,” said Vik Mahajan, the CEO of River Cree Resort & Casino.
“There’s Bannock on the menu, believe it or not. And it’s beautifully presented, and it’s very tasty. There’s a bison dish and so on, and there’ll be other dishes as time goes on; we’ll keep introducing them to the menu.”
Don’t expect this restaurant to be on your list if you dine on a budget. Beef Wellington costs $75, an eight-ounce filet mignon is $70, and a lamb chop is $50. If you want dessert, the classic sticky toffee pudding will run you $16.
“We give nothing but the best quality of food, and the recipes are top-notch, and as days go by and they get more accustomed to people, we take even more reservations,” said Mahajan.
