Suspect wanted in 2024 ‘serious incident’ may be in Western Canada, says Newfoundland RCMP

Mounties across the country say a man allegedly involved in a serious incident in 2024 might be in Western Canada.
The suspect connected to a 2024 case in eastern Newfoundland and Labrador still hasn’t been identified, but the RCMP continues to investigate.
He is described as having short black hair, a black beard and a slender build. The image of the suspect shows him wearing a dark blue hoodie and a black puffer vest.
Officers say he may have come from outside the eastern province, and may now be in Ontario or the western provinces.
Meanwhile, Mounties are asking the public not to approach him and to instead call 911 or call your local police.
