Police looking for driver after hit-and-run in West Edmonton

Edmonton police are looking for a driver after a 17-year-old was hit by a vehicle in the city’s west end Monday afternoon.
EPS says around 1:53 p.m., officers responded to the area of 170 Street and 95 Avenue, after receiving a report that a man had been hit by a vehicle.
Officers and paramedics responded to the scene, and a 17-year-old man was found injured, and he was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Reports indicate that the driver fled the scene before officers could arrive. But, police say they are looking for a silver-coloured Acura, which might have damage to the front driver-side door and possibly the windshield.
