Woman killed in 3 vehicle collision southwest of Edmonton

RCMP say a 31-year-old woman is dead following a three-vehicle collision south of Devon, Alberta, Friday night.

Mounties from Leduc responded to a report of a collision on Highway 60 near Township Road just before 9:30 p.m.

Reports indicated that the collision involved a Chevrolet Silverado, a Toyota Camry, and a VW Golf.

The driver of the Camry, a 31-year-old woman from Gainford, Alberta, was declared dead at the scene.

At this time, Mounties say the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
