Patricia Medrano, the victim, says the man made a pass at her and when she rejected his advances he became belligerent. She started recording shortly thereafter.

In the video the man becomes violent, kicking a door at Medrano and threatening to decapitate her. When Medrano calls her attacker out for his racist remarks, he does a Nazi salute and tells her to “get the f*** out of Canada”.

Medrano was left shaking in fear as her brother called police. She has a few bruises from the man’s aggressive rantings.

The man–Rylee Dodd–was arrested and banned from the apartment building where Medrano lives.

The 28-year-old now faces charges of uttering threats and assault.
