Alberta records 42 new COVID-19 cases, no new deaths
EDMONTON (660 NEWS) – Alberta Health has confirmed 42 new cases of COVID-19 in Alberta during its update on Sunday.
No new deaths were recorded, so the number of fatalities in the province remains at 135.
When it comes to hospitalizations, that number continues to remain low at 46 people, with six people in intensive care.

There are 42 new cases bringing the number of total active cases to 801. 624 cases have unknown exposure. So far, 216,168 Albertans have been tested and labs have performed 236,789 tests, with 4,015 tests completed in the last 24 hours.

There are 801 active cases currently in the province, and about 629 are in the Calgary Zone.
