RCMP determine device in Red Deer not dangerous, suspicious

RED DEER (660 NEWS) — After an investigation Friday afternoon, Red Deer RCMP say a device found at the Waste Management Facility along 40 Avenue was not dangerous or suspicious.
It was determined to be a discarded prop used in paintball and contained only dish soap.

A portion of the facility had been cordoned off during the investigation, with authorities stating public safety was the main concern throughout the police response.
