Barack Obama to make a speech in Calgary

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – The former president of the United States will be in Calgary on March 5 at noon.

He’ll be speaking at the Scotiabank Saddledome to what will likely be a soldout crowd.

“A Conversation with President Barack Obama” will be his first appearance in Calgary.

Obama served two terms as the US President before Donald Trump took over the role. He served as a Senator for Illinois from 2005 to 2008.

Last year, his wife Michelle spoke to a soldout crowd at the Stampede Corral.

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday. You can purchase them here.
