Snow and wind warnings issued for Alberta

CALGARY (660 NEWS) –Many parts of southern Alberta are in for a windy day on Saturday, while other parts of the province can expect some snow.
Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for much of the southwest, the strongest gusts of 120 kilometres an hour are expected in the Crowsnest Pass area.
The strong winds could damage structures and will make driving difficult, especially for large, light vehicles.
Snowfall warnings are in effect for the higher elevations of Banff and Jasper National Parks, 10 to 20 centimetres is expected to fall along the Icefields Parkway Highway 93.
Farther north, the Grande Prairie-Slave Lake area will also see 10 to 20 centimetres of snow by Sunday morning.
Anyone traveling in these areas should take their time and drive to the conditions.
