Could 'explosive diarrhea' parasite hit Canada?

The U.S. is currently dealing with thousands of cyclospora cases - an infectious parasite which causes severe gastrointestinal distress - including explosive diarrhea. One microbiologist says he doesn't see a risk to Canada right now.
