Alberta, Ottawa MOU lays path for new pipeline

After years of negotiations, lawsuits and some threats, Alberta’s premier and the prime minister signed a new agreement on pipelines and other projects Thursday. As Sean Amato reports, there is also hope it will diffuse desire for separation.
