Edmonton restaurant owner estimated $20K in lost sales during road closure

City of Edmonton closed down part of 99 Street along Citadel Theatre as part of their Downtown Revitalization projects cutting sidewalk access to Playwright, a restaurant that opened last summer. As our Leo Cruzat reports, the owner worries this could result in a $20,000 loss of sales over the next three months.
