Ukrainian newcomer group frustrated by the federal funding changes

The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada announced that they are no longer funding support programs for Ukrainian newcomers, including the English-language program. As our Leo Cruzat reports, the Ukrainian group in Alberta are worried this would make newcomers harder to navigate in Canada.
