Murder trial continues for Edmonton man accused of killing and mutilating his ex-girlfriend

While he admits to the killing, he says he shouldn't be held criminally responsible. Tuesday, a forensic psychiatrist gave the court a different explanation. Rachelle Elsiufi reports.
