40th anniversary of Mill Woods Explosion

40 years ago today a massive propane-fueled explosion prompted the evacuation of 19,000 Edmontonians. It remains one of the largest peacetime evacuations in Canadian history. Dalia S. Ashry returned to the scene of the disaster to speak with a man who found himself engulfed in flames that day, and to learn about the safety changes the incident prompted.
