Analyst says volatile markets ahead

The rally for Canadian oil prices on the markets may have just been an emotional response to the Alberta government’s decision to cut production. One analyst says it’s too early to tell if intervention was the solution to a widening oil price differential but we can expect volatile markets in the coming weeks. Crystal Laderas has more.
