Boaters want to drown new Alberta 'watercraft pass' idea

Alberta is considering a new mandatory watercraft pass for boats, kayaks and even paddleboards. The government says it's a way to help keep invasive species out, but as Sean Amato reports, some boaters are frustrated by the idea.
