Hearing held for refugee who missed citizenship application

A hearing was held in Halifax for Abdul Abdi, 24, who faces deportation after the foster system didn't apply for citizenship during the decade he was in its care. Abdi, who served time for aggravated assault, says he deserves a second chance.
