UCP introduces changes to Alberta Bill of Rights

Alberta’s UCP detailed proposed changes to the province’s Bill of Rights Monday. As Sean Amato reports, the NDP argues it’s unnecessary and will do nothing to help Albertans struggling with bills or to find a doctor.
