Third COVID-19 outbreak hits Good Samaritan Southgate Care Centre

This summer, 85-year-old Peter Wojcichowsky shared with CityNews the loneliness he felt during an outbreak at his long term care facility. Now, he’s tested positive for COVID-19 in the third distinct outbreak to hit the Good Samaritan Southgate Care Centre.
