One death, 276 new COVID-19 cases in Alberta

EDMONTON – The province announced one additional death and 276 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday.
It’s the third day in a row Alberta has recorded over 200 cases in a day.
A woman in her 70s from the Calgary zone was the latest death to be recorded.

Edmonton zone: 1,063 (+81)
Calgary zone: 645 (+19)
Central: 26 (+4)
South: 61 (+14)

Sixty-one people are still in hospital with the virus, with 13 people in the ICU.
There are 1,900 active cases in Alberta, the highest it’s been since May 8.
