Manitoba nurses feeling undervalued, says union president

The president of the Manitoba Nurses Union is sounding the alarm, after nurses say they feel unsafe and undervalued by the provincial government. As Mark Neufeld reports, there is a worry that history is repeating itself with the shortage of personal protective equipment.
