Edmontonians brave heat, thunderstorms while eating over 700k mini donuts during KDays

KDays has come and gone, and the 10-day event welcomed over 730,000 people.

Festivalgoers braved extreme heat and thunderstorms while selling out seven Music Fest shows, including BBNO$, Mother Mother, Connor Price, Pennywise, The Beaches, Ty Dolla $ign, and Peach Pit.

KDays reportedly partnered and activated over 600 local businesses and community organizations, while being able to have an estimated total economic impact of over $25 million.

Additionally, the first-ever Tech Robotics competition, which hosted 600 competitors from 10 countries.

Lastly, over 3,800 people attended the Premier’s Pancake Breakfast in Klondike Park, while an estimated 703,687 mini donuts were consumed.
