Police seek help identifying suspect in Edmonton vape store robbery

Edmonton police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a vape store robbery earlier this year.

Investigators say a man entered a vape store near Kingsway Avenue and 105 Street around 9 p.m. on May 5 and allegedly threatened staff with a can of bear spray before filling a bag with roughly $2,000 worth of vape products.

The suspect then fled the area on foot. No employees or customers were injured during the incident.

Police describe the suspect as between five-foot-eight and five-foot-10 with a medium build, weighing between 180 and 200 pounds. He is believed to have a shaved head and brown facial hair.

At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a black hoodie, black ball cap, black sunglasses, grey Lacoste sweatpants and white loafers.
