Edmonton Transit Service will not accept paper tickets in 2026

Edmonton Transit Service is reminding riders to use their paper tickets by the end of the year.

Starting in the new year, transit riders will only be able to pay with Arc cards, Arc tickets or cash.

In January and February, the orange paper ticket validators will be removed from LRT stops. They will be replaced with additional Arc validators.
