    There are now four men accused in the death of an Edmonton man from February where his body was found along the North Saskatchewan River. James Dunn has the latest.

    Edmonton police have charged one more man with first-degree murder and kidnapping in the drowning death of Sukhvir Singh earlier this year, while a fourth man wanted Canada-wide is believed to have fled the country.

    Singh, 32, was found dead on the northeast side of the North Saskatchewan River, near 17 Street and Yellowhead Trail, on the evening of Feb. 28. Police are investigating his death as a homicide.

    Two men in their 20s were arrested in March and charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping.

    The Edmonton Police Service arrested an additional suspect on Tuesday. Jasmeet Singh, 22, was also charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping.

    Authorities are still looking for Lovepreet Sidhu, 27, who is also wanted on the same offences. Edmonton police believe he has fled to India, but they are still asking anyone with information to come forward.

    All four accused knew the victim.

    EPS homicide detectives are continuing to investigate.
