Early-morning fire at Astros Restaurant in west Edmonton under investigation

Firefighters were on the scene of a blaze at a west Edmonton strip mall early Thursday morning.
Edmonton Fire Rescue Services crews responded to a fire at Astros Restaurant on 167 Street.
Edmonton Fire says it received a call at 5:33 a.m., and crews were on scene at 5:40 a.m. The fire was called out at 6:30 a.m.

Several businesses in the building reported impacts from the fire.
Neighbouring Kunitz Shoes took to social media to post pictures from the fire, thanking Edmonton Fire Rescue for moving some of their products out of the warehouse to avoid further damage.
