Edmonton police seek help to identify deceased pedestrian’s family

Police are looking to contact friends and family of a 66-year-old man who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Edmonton last week.

Edmonton police say Perry Eastman was crossing 97 Street just north of 129 Avenue, where crossing is prohibited, when he was hit. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers now need help from the public to find a next of kin or his friends.
