Dill Pickle Cotton Candy anyone? KDays unveil weird and wacky foods lineup

KDays 2024 is just around the corner, and while the Premiers Breakfast will kick-off the best days of summer, Edmontonians are looking forward to the weird and wacky carnival foods.
As many as 24 new foods will be featured at the KDays New Foods Competition, where fairgoers can vote for their favourites. The annual event will be held from July 19 to 28, 2024.
From pickle poutines with classic Quebec curd cheese and gravy, to Big “Dill” Dog topped with onions, bacon or the Twisted Pickle which elevates the giant dill pickle on a stick with batter and layers of flavours like Cheesy Flamin’ Cheetos and a Dill Pickle Cotton Candy, the KDays have got you covered.
Desert lovers can also dare to try something new, from sour ice creams to fried Oreo ice creams, to Asian inspired Mango and Coconut Sago and Ube Coconut Little Donuts
While the festival staples like candy apples and mini-donuts will be available, Edmontonians will definitely dare to try everything wild!
