Edmonton police issue warning as convicted felon is released from prison

Edmonton police are warning the public of the release of a convicted felon.

EPS says 28-year-old David Adams, has been released from jail after serving time for failing to comply with probation conditions when he approached two girls near an elementary school in West Edmonton while driving his vehicle, earlier this year.

In February, Adams was also convicted on two counts of indecent acts, which is when he was placed on probation conditions.

EPS says Adams will be living in Edmonton and is to follow court-ordered conditions, which include being prohibited from attending any public park, swimming pool, daycare center, school, or playground.
