Edmonton police say the death of a man found unresponsive in Chinatown Thursday morning was not criminal in nature.
The Edmonton Police Service says the death is no longer being treated as suspicious following an autopsy Friday.
They have not revealed a cause of death.
Homicide police were investigating after the man was found in front of a business at 97 Street and 106 Avenue Thursday around 7:10 a.m. He was pronounced dead on scene.
Workers at nearby businesses told CityNews a body was seen on the sidewalk.
The area was roped off for several hours Thursday.
