Leduc man killed in motorcycle crash

A 29-year-old man from Leduc is dead following a multi-vehicle collision Monday morning.
The RCMP says the collision happened on Sparrow Drive just north of 65 Avenue around 7:45 a.m.
Mounties say the initial stages of the investigation indicate the motorcyclist was driving north on Sparrow Drive when he lost control and hit a vehicle heading in the opposite direction.

Paramedics took him to the hospital, where he was declared dead.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 32-year-old woman was not injured in the collision.
The RCMP says an investigation into the cause of the collision is still ongoing.
