RCMP looking for those who threw paint on sleeping homeless man

RCMP in Parkland are turning to the public for help as they try and locate an individual or individuals responsible for assaulting a homeless man.

Mounties say on July 25, one or multiple people approached the homeless man and threw paint all over him and his belongings.

The incident took place as the man was sleeping between 11 a.m. and noon, at a park in Parkland.

Police are asking if anyone has any information, to contact officers at 825-220-7267 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
