Person found dead in burning car in Northeast Edmonton

A person was found dead inside a burning vehicle Sunday night in Northeast Edmonton.

EPS and EFRS responded to a call of a vehicle fire just before 10 p.m. near 66 Street and 153 Avenue.

Police say the investigation is in preliminary stages and more information is to be expected Monday.
