Three Edmonton businesses and another four people charged in liquor distribution ring

Edmonton police have charged four new people and three businesses in relation to a liquor distribution network.

In an investigation dating back to 2020, and following a major bust in July, EPS have now charged 14 people believed to be linked to the network.

Leo Quinn, 46, Victor Burnstick, 33, Charlene Bear, 44, and Albert Chikie, 48, are all facing charges relating to theft and liquor trafficking.

Pazzo Pazzo Restaurant Inc, Canex Imports and Exports Ltd – Lifestyle Mega Market, and India – Canada Capital Inc – Bon Liquor are also facing charges.

Police say the investigation is still ongoing.
