JASPER (660 NEWS) – It appears plans to film a popular romance reality show in Jasper won’t be happening after all.
Blogger Steve Carbone, who goes by the Twitter handle Reality Steve, says Canada’s new travel restrictions means ‘The Bachelorette’ won’t be filming in the province.
(UPDATE): Due to the updated quarantine restrictions in Canada laid out last week, I’ve been told “Bachelorette” will NOT be filming there next season anymore. Resorts in the US now being looked at, but they are definitely still looking at colder weather locations.

Instead, locations are being scouted in the United States.
Carbone was the first to report that the newest season was going to be filmed at Jasper Park Lodge.

Rumours began swirling on social media last month after the hotel revealed it had been fully booked by a “mystery guest.”
(SPOILER) Early speculation already in my DMs is that the resort for “Bachelorette” filming in Canada next season might be at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta. https://t.co/7DIpE0imDa
