Stampede Showband shines in Pasadena

PASADENA (660 NEWS) – It was a proud moment Tuesday morning for 165 young men and women in the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California.

The Calgary Stampede Showband marched in the annual parade with its largest contingent ever. The showband has marched in the parade three previous times: 1997, 2003 and 2012

Not far behind the band in the marching order was the youth equestrian group, the Calgary Stampede Showriders.

Just over 20 bands from the United States and around the world marched in this year’s parade.
