Edmonton woman charged with drug trafficking in Wetaskiwin

Alberta RCMP says a 40-year-old woman from Edmonton has been charged with trafficking drugs in Wetaskiwin.
Mounties say on June 25, they began an investigation into someone who was believed to be trafficking fentanyl.
On Aug. 14, the investigation led Mounties to execute a search warrant at a property in Edmonton.
Police were able to find and seize 68 grams of suspected fentanyl, 3 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 1.5 grams of suspected cocaine, 9 grams of suspected psilocybin, scales, baggies, and cash.
Since, 40-year-old Tara Mulley has been charged with two counts of trafficking fentanyl, 3 counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Mounties note that Mulley has previously been charged for trafficking drugs.
MULLEY has a previous conviction for trafficking drugs.
MULLEY was taken before a Justice of the Peace and released for a future court.
