Edmonton firefighters put out blaze in Edmonton’s French Quarters

Firefighters called to Edmonton’s French Quarters Wednesday afternoon.

Neighbours shared images of a blaze on the balcony of the apartment near 87 Avenue and 91 Street, in Bonnie Doon.

Firefighters were able to declare the fire out within an hour.

EFRS says all residents evacuated the building safely, with no reported injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
