Tickets sold out for Edmonton Folk Festival

Passes for this year’s Edmonton Folk Music Festival have been selling like hot cakes. According to a release from festival organizers on Tuesday, all passes have sold out.

The annual music festival on the hill at Gallagher Park kicks off this Thursday, August 7, and runs all weekend.

“We are so pleased with the tremendous support we’ve received over the past few years and particularly this year,” says Terry Wickham, Festival Producer. “We sold our last available ticket at 1:59 p.m. today (Tuesday).”

The festival offers an official ticket exchange to buy and sell tickets that can no longer be used through Ticketmaster. Tickets are only sold on the exchange at face value plus a service charge.
