Edmonton police looking for retail store robbery suspect

Edmonton police say they are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a retail store in the city’s northwest this summer.

EPS says they received a report indicating that around 5 p.m. on July 5, a man entered a retail store near 137 Avenue and 123a Street.

While in the store, he pulled a handgun from his duffle bag and demanded cash.

Police have described the man as 5’8″ with an average build and is believed to be between the ages of 25 and 35, with short black hair, and tattoos on his inner left forearm.

At the time, he was wearing red and white sneakers, blue jeans, a black hat, and a black shirt with white stripes down each arm. He was also seen with a blue blanket wrapped around his shoulders.
